As a project engineer (m/w/d), you are independently responsible for the tendering and awarding of after-contracting services in the field of building technology and are thus significantly involved in the project success. To prepare you optimally for your task, you will be worked in by an experienced team member. Own and strategic implementation of the purchase of technical building equipment (TGA), using existing framework and cooperation agreements or system solutions Development and implementation of purchasing strategies as well as ongoing expansion and support of the supplier and downstream network Examination of technical and commercial supply aspects and implementation of contract negotiations and contracts in accordance with policies and compliance with budget objectives Optimization of purchasing processes and maintenance of internal databases and tools Technical examination of the planning and performance directories created by specialist planners

Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering (focus on building technology), in electrical engineering, supply technology or a training with further education as technicians (m/w/d) or masters (m/w/d) in these areas, alternatively a comparable degree with corresponding professional experience Ideally practical experience in technical shopping and/or in technical building equipment (TGA) Good knowledge of the contracting and contracting regulations for construction services (VOB) and contracting Safe handling of MS Office, first experiences with tendering programs are advantageous Communication strength, pronounced analytical thinking and negotiation skills High self-initiative, enforcement ability, awareness of responsibility and joy in team collaboration
