In the SOS Children's Village of Oberpfalz we are looking for a dedicated specialist in the field of the stationary area, which accompanies and supports our SOS children's village families, housing groups and the healing educational day group with their social educational and therapeutic work. You can make a valuable contribution through case meetings, help and education planning, consultation of the teams and the targeted individual development of the supervised children and young people. In crisis situations, you can help the teams with professional intervention and ensure that each child gets the individual support it needs. We look forward to your application! You help our children and adolescents in counselling practices and individualize them. You represent the institution in the help plan procedure and implement the internal educational planning together with the teams and the departmental management. It also supports young people and teams in crisis intervention. You coordinate cooperation with the families and conduct accompanying contact to support contact with the system of origin. You regularly accompany you in orderly teams during their education and regularly take part in their team meetings. The cooperation with the Youth Office, medical professionals, therapists and other external services also contributes to your tasks. You are conscientiously implementing the protection of children and responsibilities. Your working hours are free in dependence on the needs and needs of our children/young people or the teams of our educational offers. You bring a qualification as a psychologist or Social educationin or educationin with advising, traumatic or therapeutic additional qualification or as a medical education with university degree and additional qualification. You have already gained experience in the field of child and youth assistance. The advice of children and adolescents as well as of employees will give you pleasure. You are able to translate the objectives of assistance planning with the Youth Office into attainable partial goals and steps and implement them together with the teams. You like to work with different target groups and people – whether in individual or team consulting, with children and adolescents or in exchange with cooperation partners.
