Social pedagogical assistant*in o. ä. (m/w/d)

Start date: at the next time Determination: to 31.12.2027 (basic: Representation) Working time: 38.5 hours/week **P-4.1 (by house rate)

Your new job:

Together with the first force, you shape everyday life in our crib group and create a loving, safe and stimulating environment for the youngest.

• Education of pedagogical everyday life: You support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate offers and promote child development through play, movement and creative impulses.
• Begleitung und Pflege: You accompany the children in the course of the day, strengthen their self-sufficiency and care for security and security.
• Observation and promotion: You follow the development steps of the children and participate in the creation of individual funding plans.

Your profile:

• You are a social education assistant (m/w/d) or have a similar educational qualification
• You have educational experience with toddlers and instruments to perform early childhood education
