For our growing team at the Karlsruhe site we are looking for you in full time (40h) and indefinitely, as Head of Project Services (m/w/d).

As Head of Projkektservices (m/w/d), you play a central role in one of the most important projects of our company. You lead the Project Services & Controls team and ensure successful planning, control and implementation in line with our standards. This is what awaits you

You run the Project Services and Controls organization in the Lionheart project and develop it strategically.

You develop and implement standards and processes for project services as a template for future capital projects.

You coordinate governance, risk, change and decision-making processes along the entire project course.

You are responsible for the project reports and KPI monitoring as part of the project control.

You support and develop the project teams through coaching and expertise.

You identify optimization potentials and develop measures to increase efficiency and achieve goals.

You bring more than 15 years of relevant professional experience in the chemical, oil & gas and related industries.

You have profound knowledge of SAP (PS, CO, FI, MM) as well as experience with project management tools and reporting systems.

You have experience in managing and developing project teams in matrix organisations.

You think analytic, work solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations.

You bring leadership experience in the German working context and convince by team skills and coaching skills.

You can communicate safely in German and English – in writing as oral.
