Procurement Manager Construction (m/f/d)

Own responsible implementation of construction procurement procedures including the creation, maintenance and optimization of tender documents, performance directories and contract documents. Examination of all documents and ensuring compliance throughout the award process. Control and coordination of the entire procurement process – from the demand determination via the supply evaluation to the award allocation. Implementation of bidding and award negotiations and active support of contract negotiations with contractors. Ensuring transparent documentation, reporting and digital process and document management. Establishment and maintenance of a load-bearing database for general contractors and subcontractors / specialist companies. Technical advice of internal interfaces in procurement, technical and process issues.

completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications; as an alternative, relevant technical or commercial training with appropriate professional experience. Multiannual professional experience in procurement management with a focus on the construction of cost groups 300 and 400 (buildings in stock). Funded knowledge in procurement law (especially VOB/A, VOB/B, BGB) and practical application experience. Safe handling of MS Office and digital procurement and document management systems. Structured, analytical and independent working methods combined with negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, high engagement and entrepreneurial thinking. Very good knowledge of German; good English skills are required.
