Team Leader Electromechanics / Conveyor Technology (m/f/d)

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. The Infrastructure division with the Gastronomic Service, Logistics, Laundry Service, Central Purchasing, Technical Management, Planning and Construction, Information Technology, Medical Technology and Staff Offices is responsible for the construction, renewal and operation of the technical infrastructure, buildings and outdoor facilities in order to ensure optimal conditions for patients, personnel and visitors. The Technical Management department is responsible for the maintenance of all technical equipment and equipment and ensures its unrestricted availability. For the Infrastructure business unit, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) in the Technical Management department at the next possible time for the areas of electromechanics and conveyor technology in maintenance in full time with 39 hours per week. The position shall be fixed without delay.

Leadership, motivation and coordination of a team of 8 employees, distributed in the fields of electromechanics and conveyor technology Continuous development and promotion of the team Ensure constant equipment and plant availability in the fields of electromechanics and conveyor technology Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of the technical maintenance concepts (annual plan maintenance) as well as all test requirements of the plants and equipment in the field Responsibility for controlling and coordinating order processing and maintenance documentation in the digital facility management system Cost, budget and implementation responsibility Implementation of training and instruction of employees Client with professional leadership responsibility for the employees of external service providers Contact for internal and external specialist planners and suppliers Participation in technical readiness (a few weeks a year) Operational cooperation in all activities in the daily business in the responsible area of responsibility

Master or technician degree in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in maintenance First leadership experiences desirable Very good computer skills in MS Office driving licence class B Standing for continuous training Creativity and ambition in solution finding as well as organisational skills and reliability Good communication skills and a healthy level of enforcement Extensive sense of responsibility, self-initiative and a high degree of resilience Friendly, competent and safe occurrence Knowledge of how to use CAFM programs desirable
