Your tasks Execution of preventive control procedures and routine checks at the technical installations at our headquarters (about 60 buildings) Feeding of consumables to ensure plant availability Systematic troubleshooting and analysis in the event of faults and failures as well as the elimination of technical defects in the mechanical area Monitoring and optimization of plant parameters and documentation of the work and tests carried out Accompanying and supporting expert examinations under the operator's obligations Coordination and support of foreign companies in maintenance and repairs Rebuilds, installations and support for smaller projects in the facility/technique sector

Complete technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic (heating/climate/ventilation/sanitary), mechatronic refrigeration, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas/water installer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification – also cross-releasers: indoors with a suitable practical reference are welcome Ideally professional experience in home technology in the industrial environment Craft skills and solid technical basic knowledge Team spirit, own initiative and a structured way of working Willingness to shift work and readiness to call in a closely working team
