In this function, you are responsible for the group-wide purchase of electricity and heat. The marketing of your own, excess energy is also part of your task.

Your range of tasks is versatile. Acquisition and provision of energy services such as heat and electricity, taking into account ecological and economic aspects, as well as the pursuit of international trade markets and compliance with legal requirements are your overall responsibility.

For the Group-wide development and implementation of a holistic, sustainable and sustainable energy strategy.

For all questions relating to energy purchase/distribution, you are the central contact person and consultant for our internal specialist departments, the management and for all other stakeholders in all HORNBACH regions.

You create suitable reporting tools for the permanent controlling of the relevant energy purchasing and distribution codes or Energy management overviews and derive appropriate measures from them.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of engineering with a direction of energy technology or a comparable training. Alternatively, you can demonstrate experience in the field of energy purchase.

You have experience in energy procurement and know the impact of global market events on energy prices.

When interpreting metric analysis and reporting, you always have a light and you can derive the reports into action fields.

Due to your strong communication strength and persuasiveness, you are able to act effectively on all levels and inspire your contacts from your ideas. You always trade customer and solution-oriented.
