Responsibility for data management, including ensuring data integrity, developing data models and implementing data management standards Technical and disciplinary management of the IT team Data management, including resource management and personnel development Planning, organisation, control and monitoring of all group-specific IT activities and IT tasks Creation of evaluations and reporting on conveyor products and programs Establishment and development of reporting in conveyor controlling Monitoring of work and work results in terms of timely completion and control of the necessary capacities Promoting cross-border cooperation

Complete study of computer science/informatics or comparable discipline High IT affinity with extensive knowledge of common hardware/software and infrastructure components Experience in building and operating datawarehouse solutions Understanding processes and regulators Knowledge of how to use agile methods and tools, as well as the creation of concepts Experience in handling maintenance and license agreements and service providers Strategic entrepreneurial thinking and action to meet long-term goals of the Landesförderunginstitut M-V Experience in the leadership of teams and in the promotion and further development of employees at professional and personal level Embossed empathy, dialogue skills and a value-adding, transparent communication style
