Head of Department Infrastructure - Sewer, Road & Lighting (m/f/d)

Responsibility for infrastructure You control the operation and further development of our urban infrastructure (channel, road, lighting and parking space). Together with your team, you will ensure that our systems are operated economically, reliably and sustainable. Leadership & team development You understand leadership as partnership cooperation: Together with your property management, you implement ENNI values by strengthening your individual potential, promoting talent and creating a value-adding working environment. Projects & strategic development You are responsible for complex infrastructure projects – from planning to implementation. At the same time, you bring your ideas into the strategic development of our company and actively expand our service network. Cooperation & Networks You work closely with the city of Moers, internal departments as well as external partners and build sustainable, trusting relationships. Economics & Organization You are responsible for the budget, resources and processes of your area and continuously develop structures with a view to efficiency, quality and sustainability.

Completed technically oriented studies (e.g. Bachelor/Master Science or comparable) leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility for a bigger team Experience in infrastructure (e.g. channel, road or lighting management) is advantageous Knowledge in relevant regulations and a good understanding of communicative relationships Communication strength and the ability to combine different interests constructively Structured working, organisational strength and willingness to take responsibility Strategic thinking and safe handling of complex situations Why this position is special A responsible leadership position with design playroom and direct effect The opportunity to introduce your ideas and actively promote changes A supportive, collegial team and a structured integration
