In different teams, the organization department deals with the topics of organisational investigations and organizational consulting. As a responsible area, changes in the organisation of construction and execution as well as job planning are advanced. The team carries out organisational investigations regularly as well as systematically using appropriate and recognized methods, organising investigations as well as personnel requirements investigations in departments, departments, departments or teams of the German Pension Insurance Federation. We act as a competent contact person for our customers in the complex topics.
