Your tasks – we will inspire you You run the Construction Financing department new business and promote the personal and professional development of your employees through development-oriented leadership. You develop and implement sales strategies to increase the market share in the building finance sector and promote innovative approaches to customer acquisition. You support your team with special challenges and inspire our customers through competent advice and tailor-made financing offers. You are testing and analysing market trends as well as the competitive landscape and taking appropriate measures for the department. You work closely with other departments, promote cross-departmental cooperation and build internal and external networks.
