You care and update customer data in the CRM, keeps notes and activities up-to-date and ensures good data quality.
You are immatricated and studying BWL, communication sciences, business informatics or another comparable field of study. You work service-oriented, friendly and binding in customer contact. You organize structured, reliable and with good time management. You have very good knowledge of German and communicate safely on the phone and in writing by e-mail. Ideally, you have first experience in customer contact (Support/Service/Vertrieb). You are flexible and can support us with 12 to 16 hours a week.
