You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to nine employees. As a contact person, you support your team in daily business and promote the professional development of your employees. You coordinate the deployment, holiday and representation planning within your team. Together with your team, you are responsible for the proper financial accounting of various clients. You shall ensure the timely implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You monitor relevant processes and quality standards and continuously develop them. You analyse existing processes, identify optimization potentials and drive forward digitization and automation projects. You work closely with internal specialist departments, auditors, tax advisors and banks. In addition, you will be responsible for a selected clientele.

You have successfully completed a training as a tax specialist (m/w/d). Ideally, you have further qualified as an accounting officer (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience in financial or client accounting. You feel safe in the final work and bring a good understanding of accounting relationships. First experience in the professional guidance of employees is advantageous, but no requirement. You want to take the next professional development step and take responsibility for a team. You convince by a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working. Changes and process optimizations can be seen as an opportunity to actively move something. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you. SAP knowledge is welcome, but no requirement.
