• Control of operational processes within one layer
• Leadership of employees taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Implementation of the specified process sequences within the layer with respect to legal requirements
• Operational control of the layer under efficiency points as well as maintaining and monitoring quality requirements
• Personnel deployment and resource planning with the Operations Manager and team coordinators
