You coordinate communication with our certification partners and international business units. You plan and organize sample audits as part of our certification processes. You'll check our certificate overview, check incoming invoices and help with the administrative support of our systems. You accompany the onboarding of new locations and business units as part of our matrix certification. You actively participate in the creation and further development of processes and QM documentation for our matrix certification. You enter our ticket system and make sure that all requests are processed on time. You support the continuous improvement of our quality management processes - from idea to implementation.

A careful and structured way of working is obvious to you. You have successfully completed a commercial training or a relevant study. You communicate safely in German and English - in writing as oral. You will perform reliably and professionally and will be happy to work in the team. Also in complex situations, you keep an overview and go organized and solution-oriented. Dealing with common office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is easy for you.
