As an assembly employee (m/w/d), you will be part of a team that produces high-quality carbon products for the automotive sector with careful handwork. In your role, you are responsible for the entire assembly process and contributes significantly to the quality and reliability of the products. Your craftsmanship and eye are asked for every detail every day so that all components are processed perfectly.

• Deburring, grinding and polishing carbon parts to ensure a high quality surface
• Perform visual checks to ensure the quality and freedom of errors of the products
• Laminate carbon parts, i.e. to place several layers of raw carbon exactly one above the other, to form and press
• Use craft skills to perform precise work on the products

We are looking for

For the position as an assembly employee (m/w/d), it is not decisive that you already have a long-term professional experience. It is crucial, above all, that you bring certain skills and qualities that are important for this activity.

• experience in craft tasks, ideally in a production environment
• Skill in fine-engine work and a view for detailed execution
• The readiness to work carefully and accurately
• Motivation and willingness to learn to work in new processes
• Reliability and a strong awareness of quality assurance
