Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible customer response partner at operational level Post-preparation of fault events and follow-up of faults with customers and, if necessary, Improving quality measures Launching and controlling customer-related performance optimization Control of individual offerings to customer requirements Coordination of quality reports with customers and evaluation at improvement potentials Coordination and support of complex maintenance and changes with customers and third parties Support in the analysis of operational processes, clarification of process disorders and impact of change needs Responsibility for controlling and monitoring the provision of services in accordance with contractually agreed standards (SLA/KPI) Ensuring high customer satisfaction through continuous care and proactive communication with customers especially in service management

Graduate in the field of information technology or completed vocational training in connection with professional experience in the field of activity Networked thinking and action combined with solution orientation and experience in business High level of self-employment and self-initiative combined with a very good analytical and abstraction capability Knowledge of lecture, presentation and moderation techniques Good knowledge of German, English Experience in the control of service and operating processes as well as in the handling of contractual framework conditions
