At the production site Bielefeld, a highly motivated workforce of engineers, skilled workers and our sales team ensures worldwide customer support and the implementation of the wishes and requirements in construction, production and after sales service. You are the first point of contact for your colleagues: to eliminate disturbances in our entire IT infrastructure, from hardware and software to the network. You install and configure new jobs, servers and other hardware to ensure smooth operation. You are actively involved in the administration and further development of our network infrastructure and SQL databases to continuously optimize system performance. You are responsible for the implementation and regular control of our data backups and thus contribute significantly to information security in the company. Together with the team, you analyze technical requirements and work with the design of tailor-made IT solutions.

You have completed training as a specialist informatics:in or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in IT support or in system administration. You have good knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases (SQL) and common operating systems.
