Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the supervised objects and properties Responsibility for the contractual provision of all services in technical building management Central contact for the customer on all topics relating to building technology, maintenance and facility management Control of the object team, planning of personnel deployments and ensuring economic performance Responsibility for complex technical systems as well as the continuous optimization of operations and quality standards

Complete technical training, for example as an electronic, energy plant electronics, electrical installer, plant mechanic SHK, plant mechanic HKLS or comparable qualification Continuing training for technicians, masters, Bachelors or engineers, ideally focusing on facility management, technical building equipment, utility technology, HKLS or electrical engineering Experience in technical building management, facility management, or in the care of complex building technology Secure handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge in SAP and Planon German knowledge of at least C1 level, driving licence class B as well as a pronounced quality, cost and service awareness
