• Creation of monthly reference/actual comparisons and evaluation of monthly results for all societies/natural persons • Compilation of annual accounts (economic evaluations) as preparation for the tax advisor for all companies/natural persons in accordance with tax law and HGB • Accounting of new construction projects including retrieval of loan rates for credit institutions/promotion agencies • Processing of documents requesting funding • Creation of balance sheets for credit institutions • Monitoring of rent accounting (debitors)
• Complete commercial training in accounting or comparable qualifications • Multiannual professional experience in the accounting of the real estate industry • Secure handling of accounting and ERP systems (Domus4000, DATEV, Lexware) • Experience with annual work • Knowledge of tax law & accounting • Advanced knowledge of rental law • Self-employed, structured and proper working • Good knowledge of language and writing
