Your duties

• Arrangements, stapling and WIG welding of pipelines and components in industrial pipeline and plant construction
• Installation and repair of pipeline systems made of steel and stainless steel
• Perception of the tasks of welding supervision according to DIN EN ISO 14731 as a welding specialist (IWS)
• Ensure compliance with all welding requirements and applicable standards and control systems
• Creation, testing and approval of welding instructions (WPS) and participation in welding process tests (WPQR)
• Implementation and documentation of welding quality controls
• Contact for customers in welding technology
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 3834 and other customer-specific requirements

This will inspire us

• Complete vocational training as plant mechanic, construction mechanic, piping manufacturer, industrial mechanic or comparable metallurgical training
• Professional experience in industrial pipeline and plant engineering
• Successfully completed training on the International Welding Specialist (IWS)
• find practical knowledge in WIG welding; Knowledge of MAG and MIG are beneficial
• Experience in reading and converting pipeline insulation
• Good knowledge of DIN EN ISO 14731, DIN EN ISO 3834 as well as the relevant welding regulations
• Self-employed, responsible and quality-oriented work
