With your strong assortment knowledge of the users in the large consumer market, you support the central key account management in the processing of national and European tenders. You know each other in professional kitchens and understand the different target groups from hotel industry, gastronomy and community catering, the best value for money. In addition, you act as an interface function between food and concept management and central sales services by coordinating product range changes and communicating alternatives with corresponding costing suggestions.
