Specialist Customer Care (m/w/d) Location Eppertshausen This is your role in us You connect technology with customer orientation. As a central interface between customer care, application technology and sales, our customers accompany you from the first request to the successful delivery of their individual band solution. You develop tailor-made solutions and provide a first-class service. This position offers you the opportunity to continuously expand your technical know-how, take responsibility and make a significant contribution to the success of our customers in a strong team.

Our customers appreciate our high quality – and you contribute significantly to this. You create individual offers, coordinate the timely execution of customer-specific orders, process complaints professionally and work closely with our sales team. You build trusted customer relationships and maintain them by phone and email. In addition, you collect and maintain customer master data in SAP and thus ensure a transparent and reliable data base. You independently calculate band layouts, define production steps and coordinate complex technical requirements in close cooperation with our application technology.

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have already gained professional experience in a technical environment. Alternatively, you have completed a technical study and want to use your know-how in the active customer service. It is crucial for us that you are happy to develop technical solutions together with our customers. With the popular MS Office applications you work safely and routined. Ideally, you already have first experiences with SAP and/or a product configurator. You like to work in the team, communicate openly and meet customers and colleagues with empathy and service orientation. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
