Calculator turnkey construction / construction calculator (m/f/d)

Calculation and delivery processing You are responsible for the overall costing of demanding construction projects and create cost calculations, mass determinations and performance directories based on the present planning and tender documents You process, create and pursue independently offers for turnkey buildings such as schools, daycare centers, office, administrative and residential buildings in modular and system construction based on customer requirements and public and private tenders You analyse tender documents with regard to technical, terminological and economic requirements and develop computable costing bases Project development and coordination You support the development of economic and technical project concepts and coordinate the participating areas and external planning partners during the costing phase You prepare tender documents and performance descriptions for post-contractors and suppliers' services and cooperate with You maintain and manage calculation-relevant project and offer data in the ERP system Economics and Project Transfer You identify and evaluate opportunities, risks and potential cost developments and, if necessary, create yield calculations together with the project team You accompany the project transfer to the operational areas and support smooth order processing in close cooperation with the participating departments With your calculations you make a significant contribution to the economic and successful implementation of our construction projects

You have completed their studies in civil engineering, in architecture, or a further education on the construction technician or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience as a calculator, construction calculator, cost planner, construction manager or in a comparable position in construction, turnkey construction or modular construction with You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally experience dealing with costing programs with Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably infor or comparable applications, are advantageous You convince by a strong technical and economic understanding and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength, team skills and sense of responsibility You have German knowledge at least C1 level in word and writing
