Legal advice & business support Contact person*in for areas of general legal issues and practical implementation of legal requirements in daily business Translating external/complex legal issues into action recommendations Coordination and control of external legal advisers Contract management Examination, design and negotiation of contracts/standard documents (national/international), including standard clauses and contractual templates Maintenance and development of contract standards/contract management processes (templates, guides, workflows) Further development of the Compliance Management System (CMS) Creation/Update of Internal Policies and Ensuring that these are legally/regulatory Support in governance/compliance topics Development and support in training and ongoing communication on compliance/legal topics Consultation on individual questions in the field of compliance Regulatory Monitoring & Implementation monitoring relevant changes in law and regulation and assessing the impact on business processes; initiation/coordination of implementation

Successfully completed studies as Bachelor / Master of Laws, Dipl. (m/w/d), graduate (m/w/d) 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience in an economic law firm or the legal department of an international industrial company Good understanding of business and organizational relationships in medium and large international companies Affinity for Artificial Intelligence and Legal Tech as well as the practice of digital tools in the legal and compliance environment German and English knowledge in word and writing Safe occurrence and target group-oriented communication skills Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Self-employed, structured, reliable and solution-oriented working methods and team skills
