You are passionate about managing residential properties and ensuring smooth communication with tenants and owners Your expertise lies in the lease management, from the creation to the settlement of tenant changes, including the implementation of housing transfers and rental increases Regular object visits and maintenance monitoring are part of your tasks, as well as the control of external service providers and the implementation of renovation measures You are responsible for the careful examination of invoices and the processing of insurance damage without accounting or operating expenses being part of your responsibility

You bring a completed training to the real estate businessman or a comparable commercial training with Your independent and structured way of working is just as good as your communication strength and team skills A safe occurrence and very good knowledge of German belong to your strengths You are versed in handling MS Office applications You can use your class B license flexibly if necessary
