Overall responsibility for marketing in close coordination with management – development of strategic orientation and independent implementation with a special focus on customer communication and employer branding Creating a holistic communication and editorial plan for internal and external channels for systematic thematic control and increase visibility Planning, control and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns including budget responsibility and success control Support and support for work students in the field of content creation for social media Targeted management of external partners and service providers if topics are to be outsourced for efficiency or capacity reasons Ensuring a uniform international brand presence, so that all locations occur consistently after the brand relaunch that has already been done Enforce the uniform application of corporate design and brand message across all channels and materials Building a strong employer brand based on already defined values and developing a clear positioning in the market Analysis of market trends and developments in the transport and logistics industry for the continuous development of marketing strategy Responsibility for cost-effective resource use by combining internal implementations with modern tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, AI tools) Planning and implementation of trade fair appearances for positioning ELFLEIN as a logistics partner and attractive employer – including stand design, coordination of service providers and accompanying communication measures before, during and after the trade fair

Complete degree in marketing, communication, media or business Multiannual experience in a marketing role with strategic responsibility in the transport/logistics industry or comparable industry in the B2B sector Detectable successes in the development and implementation of brand strategies and in the development of Employer Branding Knowledge of corporate design, brand management and cross-channel communication Experience in the development of communication and editorial plans and in the analysis of marketing KPIs Ability to work both strategically and hands-on operationally – including efficient use of external service providers Safe in handling popular marketing tools and modern applications Communication strength, analytical thinking, innovation joy and a sovereign occurrence German and English language skills in word and writing driving licence class B
