Controllers in the Value Add area (m/f/d)

You advise the decision-makers as the first respondent: in commercial matters in a particularly dynamic business field In doing so, you accompany the managers: both through concise analyses and represent your own opinion on business development and the necessary measures to be derived therefrom. You continuously analyze business development, explain deviations to the valid business plans and recognize early developments and trends Your expertise is in demand: You develop Vonovia's key figures and reporting system and support the creation of budgets, forecasts and business cases (based on SAP BW and SAC) Your exciting and varied area of responsibility is rounded off by ad hoc analyses and collaboration with interfaces within the group

You have a successfully completed economic studies with a focus on controlling, finance, BWL, VWL, business informatics or mathematics You can already demonstrate professional experience in controlling, ideally in the service or real estate sector, You have well-founded knowledge of databases and reporting systems, ideally in the SAP environment (SAP BW and SAC) and show a high affinity for the common MS Office products, especially Excel You have a high number affinity, rapid understanding and pronounced analytical skills Self-employed, proactive and structured working methods as well as a very good communication capability and readiness to use complete your profile – we welcome a hand-on mentality
