Own-responsible implementation of financial accounting, including debitor, creditor and property account accounting Performance of wage and salary bills in accordance with timetable, taking into account statutory, collective and operational requirements Compilation of monthly financial accounts and preparation of annual accounts according to HGB Reporting and deduction of social security contributions and taxes as well as the creation of proofs of contribution and pay tax declarations Auditing and voting of accounts and monitoring of open items Management and maintenance of personnel master data and time management Processing of wage and social insurance issues and contact person for employees and managers in billing-related topics Support in the optimization and further development of accounting and wage accounting processes

Expertise

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Financial Accountant (m/w/d) or Account Holder (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in financial and wage accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company or firm Very good knowledge of tax and social security law and commercial law (HGB) Experience in payroll accounting with DATEV Safe handling of DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel
