Head of the Hardware & Safety Components Division in Functional Safety, Embedded Systems and Automation Discipline leadership of the department and team management including task coordination and personnel planning Management responsibility technical and disciplinary for approx. 30-35 employees Technical and quality assurance responsibility for testing and certification of hardware and safety components according to functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849) in various industries such as railways, industrial plants, automotive Responsibility for the process of examination and assessment until final reporting Coordination with other departments and departmental management and co-design of strategic orientation

Complete engineering studies focusing on electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of functional safety or development of hardware and safety components (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849) Professional experience in the leadership of employees Above-average commitment, flexibility and joy in working in the team Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing International readiness to travel (approx. 20-30 %)
