The CJD St. Bonifaz Daycare is a place full of curiosity, movement and common discoveries. In two crib groups and a kindergarten group we accompany a total of 48 children on their way to explore the world and develop their personality. Our modern group and functional rooms with gym, sleeping areas and workshop offer a variety of possibilities for playing, learning and testing.

The focus of our pedagogical work is Movement promotion, Language development and our explorer groups. Together with a dedicated team, you create an everyday life that gives children security while encouraging them to develop their skills confidently. You will be supported by a medical teacher and a logo teacher who regularly contribute their expertise to work.

Your New Task

• Consultation and promotion of children in their individual development and in daily coexistence
• Planting, design and reflection educational offers in the areas of movement, language and creative education
• Observation and documentation of development processes as a basis for pedagogical work
• Responsible design of an appreciation and development-promoting group everyday
• Partnership with parents and regular exchanges on the development of children
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist services to provide the best possible support for children
• Active participation at team meetings and further development of the pedagogical concept

Your profile

• Completed training as a state-of-the-art educator** (w/m/d) or a comparable educational qualification
• Freude at early childhood education and accompanying children in their development
• **Empathetic and estimating attitude towards children, families and colleagues
• Creativity and pedagogical skills in the design of educational and game offers
• Teamability and open and constructive communication
• Self-employed and structured mode of operation
• Providing professional development and interest in new pedagogical impulses
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
