Administration, configuration and further development of the ServiceNow platform Implementation of updates, upgrades and system integrations Implementation and optimization of workflows, business rules and scripts Error analysis and fixation as well as technical support for end users: Cooperation with specialist departments to optimize IT and business processes Creation of documentation and training materials

Completed studies of (industrial) computer science, engineering or a comparable quality Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS Experience in the administration and configuration of ServiceNow as well as with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change or CMDB desirable Basic understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management Analytical and solution-oriented thinking German and English at a negotiated level, in combination with communication strength Not all requirements met?
