Strategic process and system development Central and international responsibility within the business unit for the design, development and harmonisation of processes in the fields of inventory management, material flow and logistics in SAP as well as associated additional applications (add-on's) active design of the digitalization of business processes in the area of responsibility Initiation and management of multi-works CoC's (Centers of Competence) for system development initiatives and projects Creation of functional specifications (professional concepts) based on work requirements and coordination with the global process standards as well as commissioning and ensuring implementation in the IT interface Central initiation of IT requirements and project management from business perspective in the respective modules and processes (e.g. multi-use packaging management, transport management etc.) performing system tests (function and integration tests) including coordination with other business areas Hyper-Care local support as well as remote for new or modified applications as well as for workflows (ramp-up') Support for ongoing and future IT-relevant projects in Germany and abroad Cross-company coordination, coordination and decision-making in the selection and implementation of logistics software and applications Know-how Management and Governance Development and implementation of training concepts for local key users (“train-the-trainer” approach). Global training and documentation responsibility within the respective modules (PDCA cycle) Building and managing a cross-company network of exchanges and the further development of best practices with local key users (CoC) Defining and ensuring system and process governance within the corresponding SAP modules and processes 2nd Level Support central administration of SAP applications - focusing on SAP LO/LE and MM-IM - from business perspective within the business unit international senior expert and central contact for business coordination within the relevant SAP modules (SPoC - “Single Point of Contact”) 2nd level support (first contact for local key users) Identification, assessment, coordination, prioritisation and decision-making with regard to change requirements (‘Change Requests’) Control and tracking of change requirements in cooperation with IT Support in defining and implementing role-based access and authorization models (RBAC) This position can be occupied at our locations in Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß or Hamburg.

Successfully completed studies of the Department of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economic Engineering, Logistics Management or comparable academic degree Comprehensive and Multiannual (>5 years) Professional Experience as SAP Consultant (m/w/d) and Global Key User or Business Coordinator (m/w/d) or comparable Proven and multi-year well-founded practical experience in an international corporate environment of the manufacturing industry or the practical management consultancy Outstanding competence and proven successes in project, process and stakeholders management high lateral leadership competence associated with target group-oriented communication strength Ability to create successful cooperation in intercultural teams Knowledge of SAP LO/ LE, MM, IM (knowledge in other SAP modules is a plus) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages is desirable Impressive implementation orientation and high problem-solving competence Excellent analytical skills and process-oriented thinking High level of ready-to-use, flexibility and load-bearing capacity (to go the extra mile) Fun and readiness for national and international missions (40%)
