In order to support our team, we are looking for an intern*in who supports us in the process quality (EK PQ) RD & PS decision-making committee management and in the coordination and follow-up of topics in the QBD Nsync. The decision-making group Process Quality RD & PS is the central decision-making and approval body for quality and process-relevant topics in the field of Research & Development & Powertrain Systems. It evaluates new and modified processes and targets including all relevant areas and ensures a coordinated, comprehensible decision-making. The decisions taken in the EK PQ RD & PS form the basis for further implementation, release and publication in the RD&PS quality management system. Here you can take responsibility: Active support in the committee management of the decision-making group Process Quality (EK PQ RD & PS) and other bodies Working with EK PQ RD & PS meetings Creation and maintenance of Agenden, Protocols and Decision Documents Coordination and coordination with Quality Representatives, Speakers and participating departments Ensuring a structured flow of information between bodies, stakeholders and interfaces Participation in the optimization of processes and procedures in the forum and quality environment Self-transmitting task packages – even with changing requirements and deadline printing The activity can begin from August 2026.

Current studies in the field of economic engineering, engineering, business management, quality management or comparable

Interest in committee work, processes and quality management

Excellent German knowledge and good English skills

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
