At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a Senior Referent:in Digital Development Sales Abo (w/m/d) for DB Vertrieb GmbH at the Berlin, Frankfurt am Main or Stuttgart site. Your tasks:

• In your role, you describe customer-friendly and efficient digital processes taking into account market requirements and analyze potentials to increase the competitiveness of the subscription centers
• In doing so, you will check the digital customer processes of Sales Abos and develop them to increase customer satisfaction in relation to the digital sales systems
• You define technical requirements for the sales subscription systems, in particular requirements for IT product development for mapping tariffs, functionalities and new offers in digital front end and back end processes
• You analyze analogue frontend and backend processes in subscription sales with reference to their digitalization potential
• In addition, you conduct IT-related optimization projects including Project controlling the subscription sales
• You take care of the interface management to the digital channels, the CIO area and other sales areas with IT background as well as external service providers:inside
• You work with digital onboarding and training concepts for employees in the sales department Abo

Your profile:

• The basis of your career is a completed technical/university study from the environment of business and IT
• You have professional experience in digital process management - you understand how to explain processes and relationships in a comprehensible manner - and ideally you bring experience in optimizing existing front and back end systems with end customer reference
• Experience in the management of projects, like IT optimization projects or a corresponding subproject management
• You already have experience in the management of various stakeholders: collected with different goals, can move yourself confidently in management circles and prepare presentation documents for decision-making management-oriented
• You are an organizational institution and brings an independent and very structured way of working with
• A strong technical understanding as well as a great technical interest in modern IT solutions and digital topics characterize you
• In addition, you have a very high strategic and analytical thinking capability
