As a shift manager, you are responsible for the organization and coordination of the workflows at our farm You create shift and personnel deployment planning and ensure efficient use of personnel and machines You support your team in operational day-to-day business and use construction machines such as wheel loaders, excavators or forklifts if needed Your tasks include the acceptance, sorting and professional loading of various valuables You ensure order and cleanliness at the farm Smaller maintenance work as well as the organization of troubleshooting on the machines used complete your varied task area

You have successfully completed training in a technical or commercial profession Ideally, you already have first experience in waste and recycling You have experience in the handling of construction machines, in particular wheel loaders and excavators, and ideally have a construction machine license as well as an industrial truck license First experience in application or layer planning as well as organizational talent A driving licence of class C is advantageously not a requirement You convince with a sense of responsibility, enforcing, flexibility and an independent and team-oriented way of working
