We are looking for our well-known customers from the special machine construction in the Schwäbisch Hall area, which lies between Crailsheim and Künzelsau, at the next possible time two Technical Support Managers (m/w/d) as part of a personal transfer measure with takeover chance.

As Technical Support Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for a solid customer base and ensure that technical inquiries about filling machines and turn key systems are processed quickly and professionally. You introduce your technical know-how to develop tailor-made solutions for customer challenges together with the specialist departments and to coordinate their implementation directly on site. In case of urgent operations, you will keep an overview, organize the necessary steps and are available as a reliable contact for the technicians. Occasionally you also accompany bets. You actively contribute to successful business review meetings by carefully preparing them and engaging in them if necessary. Careful care and documentation of all customer requests in the CRM system is obvious to you in order to ensure smooth processes. Through the structured deposit of solved cases in the knowledge base, you make a valuable contribution to the sustainable knowledge transfer in the company.

You have completed further training for technicians or masters (m/w/d) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics, or have several years of experience in technical support from special machine construction. (m/w/d) with well-founded mechanical and mechatronic knowledge, we also get the opportunity to go to the next career step in the service. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service connects you with pronounced analytical skills to reliably capture complex technical relationships. A high understanding of the process and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner, you are characterized. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course for you. For occasional operations directly with the customer, you will bring the willingness to worldwide service trips.
