Projektleiter (m/w/d)

They take responsibility for the legal assessment and processing of labour law issues - with a special focus on labour, business and collective bargaining. With your expertise, executives and the HR department advise you on individual and collective issues. In doing so, you will accompany processes such as the creation and negotiation of e.g. operating agreements. They evaluate the prospects for labour law disputes and actively support judicial proceedings - from the creation of legal acts and responses to the representation in court. You will always keep an eye on current legal developments, assess their impact and share your knowledge in training with the relevant disciplines. Together with the colleagues in the HR department, you are shaping the labour law framework and actively bringing your legal perspective into strategic projects.

You have successfully completed your studies in law with the Second State Exam and ideally set a focus on work law. First practical experience in labour law - whether it be in a legal department, a law firm or an association - has already gained you and want to further deepen your knowledge. They like to analyse complex labour law issues and process these independently and develop tailor-made, practical solutions. Your conceptual strength and your precise expression - both oral and written - help you to understand and convince legal matters. They like to work independently, bring a high degree of commitment and appreciate a structured and solution-oriented approach. You can also keep track of challenging projects and contribute to a successful team collaboration with your predictive approach.
