Your tasks

• Professional and organizational management of a welding team
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily workflows
• Ensuring quality, schedule and work security
• Programming and optimization of welding robots
• General programming and setting activities on robot systems
• Support for technical challenges and training for employees

Your profile

• Multiannual experience in team management, ideally in welding technology
• Funded knowledge in the programming of welding robots
• General experience in robot programming and automation technology
• Complete technical design, preferably in metal or plant construction
• Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation
• Communication strength and joy in team collaboration
