SAP Project Manager specializing in SuccessFactors/HCM

■ From the initiation to the successful go-live, you are responsible for national and international SAP HCM and SAP-SuccessFactors transformation projects and control project teams, stakeholders and other partners across countries and time zones.

■ You establish a transparent project governance, guide Steering Committees at management level and ensure compliance with performance, time, budget and quality.

■ As a Trusted Advisor, you advise stakeholders from HR, IT and Management in strategic decisions, transformation projects and organizational changes.

■ Project risks you recognize early, take appropriate measures and ensure that international project teams are successful even in critical situations. In addition, you act as a central internal contact for project teams and management in escalations.

■ In addition, you develop best practices for complex transformation projects, introduce experiences from customer projects into the organization and coach project leaders, consultants as well as project leaders in project management, stakeholder management and customer communication.

■ You have several years of experience in managing international SAP HCM or SAP-SuccessFactors implementation projects as well as detectable responsibility for at least three complex transformation programs with several countries, subprojects and stakeholders.

■ Embossed competencies in project management, governance, risk management, budget management and escalation management are your profile.

■ Your profile is characterized by a sovereign appearance at the management and steering committee level, address-oriented communication and a high degree of self-responsibility and decision-making strength.

■ Experience in managing integration scenarios between SAP SuccessFactors and existing SAP HCM, payroll or third-party applications, as well as the ability to safely combine interdisciplinary and partly international teams.

■ Your profile is rounded off by a good understanding of the overarching HCM process landscape from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ECP, very good knowledge of German and English as well as the necessary readiness to travel for global project environments.
