You plan and conduct special & evening events, cooking workshops and team events

You prepare food and drinks, align, servier and give out

You care for real guest contact and professionally take care of feedback and complaints

You keep our kitchen hygiene on top level and care equipment

You carry stock and document everything in the Quality Assurance Guide

You jump flexibly at other locations in the region

You support the kitchen line: Compliance with statutory requirements

Organisational and administrative tasks

Acceptance and verification of deliveries

Disposition of food

Operation and settlement of the cash register

Complete training in gastronomy, hotel industry or housekeeping

First experience with events or in the kitchen of advantage

Good knowledge of hygiene and quality assurance
