Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Lohr am Main As a production employee:in (Erodierer:in) for servo valves, you process sleeve-slide assemblies using wire and lowering methods. In your daily work, you are safe in the application of fine measuring devices and the operation and armour of countersink and wire eroding machines. The object includes setting up, programming and/or program optimization and operation of CNC-controlled eroding systems. You take over the determination and determination of the frame conditions for programming and processing of partly different, complex workpieces with partly difficult geometries. Furthermore, you create geometric data for partially complex workpieces using drawings. You set tools, measure, use possibly tested tools, acknowledge, enter correction values and transfer tool data to CNC machines. Creating and/or optimizing programs in machine-dependent programming language, for partially different controls is also part of your task. You can also use various systems such as the press, honing system, washing system, the hydraulic measuring test bench and grinding systems.
