At the next time, we will look for you as a senior customer experience managerin. In this function, you understand yourself as a designer and innovation driverin for products and customer-oriented, regulatory processes in the credit business. In addition, you take over the following tasks: the initiation, planning and monitoring of sales support measures

the activities, offers and price management

the customer-oriented design and adaptation of the offers via all sales channels

the further development of the quality of advice with market leaders

You are pulsator*in responsible for process improvements and for the implementation and consideration of regulatory requirements

cooperation or coordination of projects

Ideal for this position: a bank-based training with additional qualification in the credit sector or a comparable qualification

Experience in customer support or in the back office of the credit area and/or in sales management with a focus on credit

about interest in processes and may have Pre-experiences in process recordings

a solution- and targeted, flexible and independent way of working and communication strength and an entrepreneurial way of thinking
