Quality Management Specialist - Automotive (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the care of our customers: in relation to all quality topics and ensure that their concerns are always handled professionally and promptly You coordinate quality assessments in close coordination with our production sites to ensure a uniform quality strategy across all locations You conduct detailed analyses to identify vulnerabilities and risks, initiate appropriate remedial and optimization measures and monitor their implementation You plan and conduct internal process audits to ensure continuous improvements in our processes You transfer the knowledge gained from your work to other production sites in order to promote holistic optimization You will prepare comprehensive quality reports both for internal purposes and for our customers to ensure transparency and traceability

You have a degree in economic engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, or a comparable training to the technician (m/w/d) in these fields, combined with several years of professional experience You have well-founded professional experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive industry You ideally have an auditor training according to VDA 6.3 You bring experience with Tier1 or OEM suppliers, which helps you to meet our high quality standards You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing, which allows you to act safely in an international environment You are sure to deal with MS Office, SAP and common statistical programs, which will help you work daily
