Various tasks You carry out the organizational unit “Digital Transformation” professionally and disciplinaryly and develop the digitalization strategy and the digital agenda of the group of companies. In doing so, you control transformation and digitization initiatives, identify trends early on and coordinate key topics at important interfaces. In close coordination with the management, you initiate strategic decisions and enable the departments to identify and implement digital potentials. In addition, you coordinate the cooperation with group holdings and ensure the target congruence of all digitization initiatives. With their organizational unit, You are responsible for central requirements for process and data management, as well as for project management and taxes, for the technical support at system interfaces, e.g. SAP S/4. Convincing profile Education: You have a successfully completed study with a digital focus or a comparable qualification. Leadership skills: At best, you could already gain experience in the leadership of a team. You have a high digital affinity and a modern, situation-oriented leadership style. Experience: You can demonstrate experience in implementing digitalization initiatives as well as in process, data and project management. Experience in transformation and innovation management is urgently needed. Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy-economic process and system world. Knowledge: You have already introduced and used AI-based tools in the past. Operation: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills as well as a Structured Workmanship feature. You have the ability to understand complex relationships and convince different stakeholders. Personality: You have strong communication, team and problem solving capabilities as well as a high self-initiative. About the area The ODR networks play a central role in the energy supply of our region. Our focus is on high security of supply, efficient process management, smooth network operation, reliable supply and consumption of energy. It is of particular importance that consumption and feeding remain in equilibrium to avoid supply disorders – a great challenge in the context of electrical energy.
