• Identification of infrastructure needs in the associated area of responsibility and derivation of necessary measures
• Creation of the required documents and coordination of these with the user BAAINBw and BAIUD up to the approval period
• Monitoring the compliance of agreed planning and appointments and follow-up of the project progress during the implementation of infrastructure measures
• Contribution to the implementation of the regulatory and authoritative state of the infrastructure, including the necessary documentation
• Support of the organisational units concerned on all infrastructure issues

What you bring:

• completed technical training
• ideally a further education for the specialist building management / facility management (m/w/d)
• multi-year professional experience
• good knowledge of how to deal with current MS-Office programs and basic knowledge CAD
• a result-oriented and self-responsible operation
