We are looking for the expansion of our outpatient structure colleagues who want to build new locations together to ensure regional and often rural care. In Schleswig Holstein we are a team of approx. 54 employees, of which 17 doctors at 6 locations and are looking forward to growth that is interested in a regular exchange. Our work is characterised by mutual trust and respect as well as high reliability and collegial cooperation. Efficient practice control: You control and optimize the practice processes, answer efficient appointment management and ensure professional patient reception and care. Frictionless care coordination: Through your involvement in patient care, as well as the coordination and guidance of medical personnel, you ensure a smooth operation in practice. Structured personnel management: You take over personnel planning and development, carry out training and ensure compliance with all hygiene, data protection and legal requirements. Secure accounting processes: The billing according to GOÄ and EBM, the contract and accounting as well as the communication with external partners such as health insurance companies, service providers and doctors are your responsibility. Strategic development: You support the medical leadership and actively contribute to the strategic development and implementation of new processes and technologies.

You are MFA (m/w/d) and have at best completed further education in practice management or multiannual experience in a comparable position. Finding knowledge in practical organization as well as accounting according to GOÄ and EBM are both a reliable way of handling MS Office and common practice software systems. You combine your strong leadership skills with organizational talent and high self-initiative, which allows you to efficiently control practice processes. Team skills, communication strength and a pronounced service-oriented way of working shape your daily work. Sensitivity for patients as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working round your profile.
