That's what distinguishes you: WSET Diploma or Qualification as a Tested Sommelier, e.g. IHK, or comparable training Complete training in hospitality or gastronomy Multiannual professional experience in the upscale R&B or restaurant sector Founded leadership and joy in developing a team Excellent expertise on grape varieties, cultivation areas, vintages and production methods worldwide Good knowledge of spirits and other high-quality drinks Embossed sales understanding and enjoyment of active guest advice Passion for hospitality and excellent service Safe, charming and well-kept appearance Independent, structured and reliable operation Very good German knowledge and good English skills Good knowledge of common computer programs Advantageous knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Vectron Commander
