Become part of our development team and as Manager Software Development take over the technical and disciplinary management of our software team as well as the continuous development of our development processes in an international environment:

You lead, develop and promote our software development team and ensure their sustainable success through predictive resource planning and targeted personnel development You are responsible for the compliance and continuous optimization of our software development processes throughout the entire product development process and work closely with the software managers of our international sites. You represent the interests of NDI Europe within the global development organisation, coordinate responsibilities across the site and promote the development and maintenance of important technologies and competencies in the team You control external development partners for the flexible support of the team, define work packages and results and ensure their successful implementation You accompany your employees through regular employee talks, individual development plans and appropriate training measures and create a motivating environment for personal and professional growth

You have a successfully completed university degree in engineering or a comparable technical degree course You have several years of experience in embedded software development as well as in the design of complex software systems and ideally have experience in building and developing modern development tools and processes. You know the current software development processes (e.g. Scrum or V-model) and have a well-founded knowledge of embedded software development, request analysis and verification, validation and CI/CD processes Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees You communicate safely in German and English and convince with a sovereign appearance at all levels of an international development organization Feelings of decision, sense of responsibility and negotiating skills are just as good as an analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach.
